Edward "Ed" Westwick was born on June 27, 1987 in England. He is an English actor and musician best known for his role as Chuck Bass in the main cast on the popular American television series Gossip Girl. He was featured in many films, such as The Son of Rambow, 100 Feet and most recently, The Chalet Girl.

Ready for another day’s work, Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester were spotted heading to the set of “Gossip Girl” in New York City on Thursday (September 3).
The Chuck Bass stud and his Blair Waldorf co-star chatted while looking through their scripts before taking to their respective trailers to get ready for the day’s shoot.
Coming up in Season 3 of “Gossip Girl,” Mr. Westwick shares a gay kiss with new cast member Neal Bledscoe who plays Josh Ellis. But it’s only a momentary thing, as he returns to his womanizing ways immediately afterwards.
